Critical Incident Management: Led the UX/UI development for a mission-critical 24/7 incident tracking platform. The system automated cross-team communication via Opsgenie, managing war rooms and action logs to significantly reduce service recovery time.
Digital Onboarding: Developed the end-to-end frontend interface for the bank's new hire onboarding application. Implemented high-level banking security protocols for external networks and ensured a fully responsive design, impacting the onboarding experience for all new employees.
